When will I receive my order?

Can I request a return?

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods for a size/color exchange, store credit or refund.

The warranty seal on the items being returned must not be cut or damaged. To request a return authorization, you must send an email to joybebeboutique@hotmail.com containing the codes of the items you wish to return and the order number, requesting a refund, size change or store credit.

Customer service will arrange collection and the shipping cost (€10) will be deducted from your refund/store credit/size exchange.

FOR NO REASON ARE RETURNS MADE BEYOND 14 DAYS.

Can I pay for my order in installments?

Yes, with Klarna you can pay for your order in three installments.
Simply select "Klarna" as your payment method at checkout, register and complete your order.

Can I place an order for in-store pickup?

Of course, you can request to collect your order at our Melito office, you can also pay on site.

Once you order, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
